Fall Wines

October is here and the temperatures are finally dropping. Fall weather brings out the desire for rich foods and robust wines. LDV is releasing three must try wines that pair perfect with fall dishes. Wine release weekend is October 23-24.

2015 Sky Island Grenache. 100% Grenache aged 31 months in neutral oak to preserve the fresh, light but complex character. Perfect with fall salads, seafood, or poultry. ($30.00)

2015 Petite Sirah. This versatile food wine should pair beautifully with smoked baby back ribs, pizza, cheeseburgers, rack of lamb, or marinated beef kabobs. 100% Petite Sirah barrel aged for 35 months showcases lush blackberry and smokey cassis fruit. ($40.00)

2015 “The Signature” Petite Sirah. The 2015 vintage of the wine we call "Liquid Midnight" was aged 33 months in 100% new American oak. This full-bodied wine is perfect with grilled meats like ribeye steaks, braised short ribs, and dark chocolate. ($48.00)
