  3. Grilled chicken with a sauce or herb rub, let that flavoring be your guide to the wine. Try full flavored white or Rose.
  4. Rich fish, like salmon choose a buttery Chardonnay or Viognier. With leaner fish like tuna or trout, try a white burgundy.
