What are perfect wines for spring?

Spring is here and the vineyard and LDV Winery are releasing three new wines at special prices that are perfect for spring pairing.

• 2019 Sky Island Viognier ($20.00) – This wine was produced in stainless steel to preserve the unique characteristics of our vineyard. This wine pairs well with grilled halibut, roast chicken, or salads. It is a perfect pool pounder!
• 2017 Grenache ($25.00) – This wine was barrel-aged for 60 months in a combination of new and one-year French oak to add spice and toast flavors. The Grenache pairs beautifully with anything with mushrooms such as risotto or grilled chicken.
• 2015 Sky Island Petite Sirah ($20.00) – Petite Sirah is a full-bodied red wine. This wine was aged in neutral oak barrels to highlight flavors of raspberry and juicy blueberries sprinkled with black and green peppercorns. This wine is very versatile to pair with anything off the grill or perfect with a spicy pizza.
